In 2017 I was diagnosed as being pre pre-diabetic. I ate healthy but my body was not cooperating with my fitness and weight loss goals. My doctor recommended a keto diet. I began sharing my recipes at cooking workshops. I am honored to bring you some healthier versions of some of my favorite foods!
